All commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only.

• Artist reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission for any reason.
   

• Artist reserve the right to all copyrights over the artwork, which include, but are not limited to, the right to distribute, reproduce or use the image as a sample for self-promotion.
   

• Artist does not claim any rights to the characters and other intellectual properties depicted in the artwork.
   

• Artist should be informed of any deadlines, otherwise it will be completed within Artist's pace. Artist will inform the Client of any delays.
   

• Rush commissions will be charged an additional 50% of the final cost and completed within 14 days once payment has been received. In the case of additional revisions, rush commissions will be prolonged.

【PAYMENT AND REFUND】

• All payments are made in USD through PayPal.
   

• The prices vary according to complexity and additional charges such as rush fees, revision fees, and etc.
   

• Artist will not work on the commission until the payment has been received 100% up-front.
   

• If the payment is not received within 7 days after the Artist agrees to work on the commission, the commission will be cancelled and the slot will go the next person.
   

• Commissions are NOT refundable, once sketch process has started.
   

• If there is no communication from the Client within 3 weeks at any time, the Artist has the right to cancel the commission and will not issue a refund.
   

• The client has the right to a refund if the commission is not completed within 12 weeks for digital art or 24 weeks for custom merch from the initial payment date. In the case of additional revisions, the refund date will be prolonged.
   

• Artist will issue a refund if the Artist cannot complete the commission due to external reasons.

【GENERAL INFORMATION】

​

• Client will provide visual references of the character. Please provide references for the pose, clothes, mood, etc.
   

• Client may request 2 major revision (pose or expression change) during the sketch process only.
   

• Client may request 3 minor revisions (color adjustments and minor details).
   

• Client will receive a high resolution PNG file of the completed and paid for artwork.
   

• Client may use and reupload the commissioned works for personal / non-commercial use with proper credit to the artist.
   

• Commercial use is prohibited. The Client cannot use the artwork to sell as merchandise. The Client cannot resell the artwork to another individual or company.
